Here's a newly built Telecaster semi-loaded control plate. Using dual concentric potentiometers and dual knobs, it consists of 2 separate volume & tone controls for the neck & bridge pickups respectively. 3 way blade switch for individual PU selection or both PUs in parallel (middle position).
 
This built is similar to a Gibson Les Paul Standard's 50s style wiring. With the dual concentric 250K Audio potentiometers, individual volume & tone controls are now possible on a Telecaster guitar.
 
This gives you (the guitar player) more flexibility to blend your volumes and tones especially in the middle PU selector position.
 
We've also added 2 different capacitor values for this built. The neck PU has a 0.022uF pancake style capacitor connected. On the other side, the bridge PU spots a 0.043uF polyester style capacitor soldered on.
 
The female output jack has been pre-wired and simply requires installation at the jack side.
 
All that's needed for your guitar to produce audio is to connect the following:
 
1. Your Bridge PU's hot and ground wires.
2. Your Neck PU's hot and ground wires.
3. Your Bridge / String's ground wire (If necessary; as sometimes the Bridge PU is already grounded to the Telecaster's bridge plate by a jumper wire. In that case you won't have to do the additional grounding here and you may skip this step).
 
And you're all set. Having said that, we do understand that not everyone is technically apt in these intricate assemblies. Therefore, we are happy to offer retro-fitment for your guitar should you require it (for a fee).
