LAYAWAYS TERMS & CONDITIONS

TC Music Enterprise offers a layaway service which allows our guests to reserve merchandise with a required minimum 20% deposit down (Towards purchase price). Merchandise put on layaway is kept by TC Music Enterprise. until the balance is paid off in full. A payment plan of every month is suggested, but can be paid sooner; all layaway must be paid in full to TC Music Enterprise within the time chosen at purchase (either 3, 6, or 9 months), or the merchandise will be relisted for sale. All money, including deposits are non-refundable and will be applied as store credit if the Layaway is canceled for any reason. Sale items and promotional codes are not applicable to layaway plan.

3. Can I make a deposit of more than 20%?

    Absolutely!! You can make a deposit up to 50%

4. Can I pick up my layaway before the full 3, 6, or 9 months?

    Absolutely! We leave the invoice open so you can make payments at any time.         Once your layaway is paid in full your purchase can shipped / picked up

    immediately

 

5. What if I change my mind?

    All layaway sales are final
